Upon returning to the Puget Sound Area, Billy went to work for a custom home builder, MacPherson Construction & Design, where he was exposed to high levels of craftsmanship and customer expectations. These are cornerstones in his building philosophy and continue to resonate in his own business today. After refining his skills of customer relationships and quality workmanship, he set out on his own and formed William's Building Company, Inc. in 1996. Following three years as new startup, and a child on the way, an opportunity to work with and serve the low-income housing population in Seattle presented itself. Billy took a hiatus to work with a non-profit housing provider. There, he renovated housing units and provided clean, new living spaces for individuals and their families. Although rewarding, he missed the opportunity and challenge of running one’s own company full-time. Following a parting of philosophies, Billy dedicated himself to managing and growing William’s Building Company, Inc.
As the challenges and rewards of his family with two young children help to define his life, Billy continues to refine and adapt so that he is able to be an effective individual, family man and business developer.
